Time of Death is the outline for a murder mystery game. The player arrives at a crime scene and take on the role of what is assumed to be an investigator. Each time the player collects a key piece of evidence they get a flashback to how that piece of evidence was used at the time of the murder.
As the game progresses the flashbacks get more specific and include more information that could not be gleaned from the evidence alone. This culminates in the revel that the 'investigator' is in fact the murderer retuned to the scene of the crime to destroy evidence and collect a memento.
In the early hours of the morning crime scene is opened. Each piece of evidence is another hint towards the true identify of the murderer. No reason to fear the flashbacks. No need to wonder how this man could know the events so intimately. He's a detective after all, isn't he?
there is no gameplay at this time as I created Time of Death as an exercise in narrative design and planning
